Have you been to the “Hog Dog” mini-restaurant that Mr. Tashi Dendup opened not long ago? It is located in Thimphu, I think in one of the shopping malls. They sell a unique food item called the hot dog which is a type of fully-cooked, or smoked sausage served in soft, sliced bread, and filled with many different toppings. Hot dogs are real popular here in the United States, especially on picnics and backyard cookouts. Tashi’s “Hog Dog” even serves a no meat vegetarian hot dog, which is very original.
