Did you hear about the pigeon (a bird) that was killed during a football (soccer) game in Argentina?  One of the players kicked the ball toward the goal and in the direction of a group of pigeons on the grass near the corner.  All the birds flew away except one.  Several players surrounded the wounded bird as it tried to fly away, but it died.

How strange was that!

Your comment reminds me of the time a few years ago when I got the chance to visit a slaughter house (where they kill cows & pigs and process the meat to sell to the market).  It was a horrible site, and smelled bad.  After seeing all that, I became a vegetarian (a person who eats no meat) for about 2 months.  I finally got over it and now eat meat again.

nothing is strange out here if you take it deeply.....the player's intension wasnt to hurt that bird but it happened accidently....moreover it was all that bird's fate and the player's bad luck...the player might have felt sorry for the bird...if not, maybe his heart and brane is misplaced
