Here is an interesting item for discussion from the country of South Africa:

In December of 2007, the SA government passed a new law under the Sexual Offenses Act, making it illegal for teenagers under the age of 16 from "kissing, touching or rubbing up against each other in public."

Teenagers can be charged as criminals if found guilty of breaking this new law.

Since the law went into effect, some SA teenagers have protested by having "kissing protests" on the Internet on Facebook.

What do you in this forum think about this?  Good or bad law?
