Here are some things that might help get rid of some loneliness:

·       * Believe in yourself that you have certain skills or talents.

·       * Start a new hobby, and or read a good book.

·       * Be outdoors more often than indoors.

·       * Be active and move around.

·       * Carry the burden of another.  Get involved with their problems.

·       * Visit others who are also lonely.  Listen to someone else’s  troubles.

·       * Find people who need you and do something for them.

·       * Be an active member of BhutanLive.

there is nothing to feel lonely or sad about it.. after all whats comes to end implys the begining of new thing that will be better than the previous one...there is no gain in crying over the spilt milk..

when you have been going out with someone for a while.. you tend to get used to it.. and when you break up.. it may all seem unusual for sometime.. depending on the time you've been with ur partner.. but it shud soon return back to normal.. or u get hooked up with someone else before u get over it..
